Take over the entire restaurant for your party! We can accommodate about 160 people between the dining room, bar, and winterized covered patio. Incorporate our riverside outdoor patio in the summer for another 20 guests. For groups of 70 or less we can offer regular table service with a customized menu or buffet service. For larger groups, buffet service is likely to be recommended. We have flexibility when it comes to menu formation. Food and drink minimum pricing for a private party is determined according to the day of the week and the month of the year.

We can offer this option to groups of approximately 60 guests for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and 40 guests for a sit-down dinner. Those numbers can go up to about 80 for a cocktail party and 60 for sit down dinner during the warmer months when we can extend the party out to the concrete patio along the Eagle River. Pricing is determined based on number of guests, style of party, and our Food & Drink minimum for that time of year. We also develop a back-up plan in case of a rare bad weather day.

A group can take over the dining room for the first two hour seating of the evening. The dining room normally seats 70 people. There is a fee for the dining room closure dependent upon the time of the year and the size of the group. There will also be a minimum food and bar expenditure established. Style of service and menu vary with the size of the group. After two hours the Minturn Saloon dining room will be open to regular customers and tables will have to be made available if needed. The party is welcome to adjourn to the bar or deck. The bar and deck remain open to the public throughout the evening.

We are happy to accommodate your large dinner reservation. Groups of 13 people or more will be split up between multiple tables. Book in advance by calling the restaurant directly. Depending on the size of the party and time of the year we will offer either our regular menu or a limited menu. Buffet service is not available in the dining room when we are open to the public. There is a $350 deposit to hold group party reservations over 13 guests that will go towards your final bill. We add a 20% gratuity to parties 6 and over.

Your group can finish a great day of skiing by enjoying après-ski at the Minturn Saloon, declared by Men’s Journal as one of the “Best après-ski bars in the world”. Enjoy drinks and appetizers while exchanging stories about a great ski day whether you skied the world-famous Minturn Mile or not! Groups of 30 to 100 people can use our dining room as their private après-ski space. Available most weeks of the ski season from 3:00 to 5:00pm. We offer après parties either in the dining room, bar, or winterized patio depending on the size of your group. Food & beverage minimums are determined based on the time of the year, size, and style of party.

Though the Minturn Saloon serves lunch to the public only on Minturn Market Saturdays in the summer, we are available to be contracted for private lunch service. Lunch service can be combined with use of the Minturn Saloon as a meeting space. Food minimum for private lunches is $2,250
