Minturn Saloon Pepper Jellies are made in Colorado and originated at the Minturn Saloon.
The pepper jellies have always been a favorite in the restaurant, traditionally served with the duck.
We began bottling two different flavors, jalapeno and crushed red pepper, in the restaurant’s commercial kitchen to sell direct through the Saloon restaurant and from local farmers markets. We were delighted by the positive feedback. In 2013 we began working with a co-bottler allowing us to increase our production and broaden our market. You can now find both flavors at Whole Foods throughout Colorado, artisan markets in Vail, Edwards, Aspen, Basalt and more.
